Our free shipping offer applies to standard shipping services only. There may be additional fees for faster shipping options. All standard shipping times are stated on the product’s page.

Alaska, Hawaii & International Shipping: offers easy world-wide shipping on every product we carry. All international shipments are insured 100% for any cases of loss or damage. We offer competitive shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and any other international location.

Please place your order for the items you wish to ship to Alaska, Hawaii or internationally and we will contact you within 48 hours with a shipping quote for your items. You can also get a quote for your shipment before you place your order by filling out our international shipping quote form.

Returns & Warranties:

If you purchase an item from us and you want to return it, you may do so within 60 days of your purchase for any reason. The item you return must be in unused and resalable condition (returns for items that have been painted, sanded, trimmed, cut, drilled or altered in any way will not be accepted). Please make sure to contact us and obtain a return authorization number before you ship your item back to us. Please note that special order items are non-returnable and all general returns are subject to a 15-20% restocking fee. Returns that are sent by collect or C.O.D will not be accepted. guarantees all new items from defects in material and workmanship. Our liability for a defective item is limited to the replacement of the item only. For manufacturer warranties and claims, is happy to file all such issues with the given manufacturer for you! Other companies make you go directly to the manufacturer, if you need to process a manufacturer warranty or claim, but we are happy to do this for you! Manufactures can be difficult to deal with and that is why we have set up our system to have the least hassles possible for our customers!

Missing Parts:

If your shipment is missing parts for some reason, please let us know as soon as possible. We will need to know of any missing parts within 72 hours of reception in order to correct the issue.

Damaged Shipments:

Ground Shipping: Please report the damage to the shipping carrier or within 72 hours of receipt. Please keep the original packaging and box. The shipping carrier may require a few pictures of the damaged part and box, so please be prepared for this. We will ship you a new item free of charge once the required information is received.

Freight Shipping: When a freight shipment is being delivered to you, please make sure you open the box and inspect each part for damage before you sign for receiving the shipment in good condition. If there is damage, please notate the damage on the signature slip you are signing. After you notate the damages, please sign the signature slip and accept the shipment. Please then give us a call to let us know of the damage. The freight carrier may require a copy of your signature slip and pictures of the damage, so please be prepared to provide this information. Please do not let the delivery driver notate the damage, because the driver may not notate the damage correctly (they don’t care about your shipment as much as you do). We will ship you a new item free of charge as long as the proper procedures are followed and once the required information is received.
