PROBLEM 1 : LOW QUALITY PARTS
The auto parts industry is rife with low-quality junk parts. Unfortunately, many companies advertise these parts as looking great, and being very high-quality, but you dont realize theyre low-quality junk until theyve arrived and you have to ship them back, often at YOUR expense.
PROBLEM 2 : CANT GET YOUR PART INSTALLED PROPERLY
Lots of body shops and mechanics will tell you they can install a part, but if you dont know how
to properly interview these folks to determine if they really have the expertise, you could end up
stuck in a bad situation. Most auto parts retailers leave it up to you to get your parts installed
youre on your own!
PROBLEM 3 : INVENTORY BAIT AND SWITCH
It happens all the time. You get all excited after you find just the right part and you go through
the whole process of purchasing it and then a few minutes, or even a day later, you get an
email saying its out of stock.
PROBLEM 4 : DEALING WITH MANUFACTURERS YOURSELF
If you have a problem with a part you bought and you need to get it fixed or replaced under
warranty, the retailer you bought the part from will pass you along to the manufacturer and tell
you to deal them yourself. Most auto parts manufacturers arent set up for customer service, and
some dont really care, so it becomes very difficult for individual customers to deal with them
and get them to honor the warranty.
Why do all these problems happen to so many people like you?
Because you (and most individual customers) dont represent large amounts of revenue to most
auto parts companies
…and these companies therefore believe that it isnt worth it for them to dedicate resources,
time, and effort to prevent these problems and give you a good experience.
We KNOW that it is DEFINITELY possible for a company like ours to prevent all of the problems
mentioned above and give you a terrific experience… and still make a healthy profit.
How do we know?
Weve been doing exactly that for more than 10 years now.
How come we can do this while other companies like us cant (or wont)?
Because We do things differently
